6. Shipment Tracking

7, Delivery Complaints
- In the event of shipment damage during transport, the customer should file a complaint in the presence of the courier or at the pickup point and prepare a damage report.

- Please attach photographic documentation of the damaged packaging or product as well as the damage report signed by the courier.
8. Uncollected Shipments
In the case of uncollected shipments by the customer:
- The shipment will be returned to the sender. The costs of reshipment are borne by the customer.
- In the case of order cancellation, we refund the product cost, reduced by the return shipping costs.
